Best Luxury Home Agents is an independent editorial directory. It is not a brokerage, it does not represent buyers or sellers, and no agent or brokerage owns any part of it. It exists to answer one question well: in a given expensive market, who actually closes the top of it, according to the public record.

The rankings are computed, not curated. The rule is published on the methodology page along with the data sources, their limits, and how the site earns money. Agents can claim their profiles at no cost; featured placement is paid, labeled, and never changes a ranking.

Coverage is deliberately narrow: the markets where luxury inventory actually trades, chosen by home value within the states the site serves. A market that does not clear that bar is not padded in.
