The luxury brokerage networks, and who in them we rank
A network name on a business card tells you about the brokerage's marketing reach, not about the agent. These pages say what each network is, how an agent gets into it, and list the agents from each that clear our ranking in the markets we cover. No network is ranked against another.
Sotheby's International Realty
The real estate affiliate of the auction house, franchised since 2004 and operating as independently owned brokerages that license the brand. Its listing feed syndicates to the auction house's collector audience, which is the practical reason high-end sellers pick it.
