We have purchased and sold a number of single-family homes in the South Bay over the past 35 years. Most recently, we sold a 4-bedroom home in Los Gatos with Yuriko and Andy and they were, by far, the most effective real estate team I have ever worked with. Their value-added contributions were nothing short of remarkable. Based on a local market analysis and home inspection, they proposed a comprehensive prep and remodel strategy. This included a detailed item-by-item scope of work, ROI assessments, and very specific design recommendations. We chose to trust their judgment completely. Yuriko then offered to identify, hire, and manage all the contractors for a $225K full remodel. Honestly, I was skeptical. How well could a realtor manage a renovation of that scale? We researched about a dozen different realty firms, picked our top 3 firms and interviewed them. We are definitely very pleased that we chose the right listing agent.
