Sarah won't give you the time of day. Despite viewing nearly a dozen houses with her as my agent, I never actually met her in person. When it came time to make an offer, she was busy with other clients. She somehow even managed to lose the one offer I made, even though I was the highest bidder. When trying to seek information as to how, she gave me an unsatisfactory answer and told me it would be unethical to contact the seller's agent. She put in the bare minimum effort. Even on our initial consultation, I could tell she was in a hurry to end the call. I should have took that as a sign, but I was a first time homebuyer and didn't know any better. I found another realtor and ended up getting top notch service, and purchased a home just a couple weeks later. I could not recommend her any less.

I bought my house three years ago with the DBRE after being referred by my brother. My buying experience was beyond excellent and exceeded all my expectations. Now, as I have a friend trying to find a home with a different agent in this crazy market, I can fully appreciate just how awesome this team is. In this fast-paced marked, you need someone who can be ready to go at a moment's notice, and the DBRE team is! They will make sure you get in to see a home as soon as possible. They are knowledgeable about home maintenance and home ownership, which was so important for me. I was both selling and buying, and the timing of both had me so stressed, but Dani and her team made the process seamless and I was able to close on both homes on the same day! All of the vendors they work with- from stagers to inspectors- are incredible. I can't say enough good things. And what has continued to impress me is how well they care for their clients. Three years later I still get DBRE swag dropped at my doorstep and they provide so many fun opportunities to network and stay in touch via client appreciation events. DBRE does it right and you could absolutely not be in better hands! I will most certainly be calling them again when it's time for me to find another home.

Haylee is absolutely amazing! She took the stress out of the whole process and we had so much fun looking at homes with her. We bought a home in construction. She attended our design meetings and made everything run so smoothly. She was in communication with me and the builder constantly. My wife and I contacted the Dani Beyer team to help us buy a house since we were moving to the Kansas City area from out of town.
