After becoming a first-time homebuyer in Logan Circle in 2007, I never thought the day would come when I would also be a first-time home seller. I'd weathered several moves as a previous renter and knew what an enormously stressful process it was. But after some professional changes and a long-time wish to be closer to family in South Carolina, I bit the bullet and called Daryl. I'd met him several times at various open houses in DC over the years, and knew he was the best in the business. I reached out in early December, and by midmonth, he came by and did a quick tour and assessment of my home. I then got packed and moved back to SC by end of January. Daryl and Kimberly are phenomenal to work with. Unfortunately, I have track record of not staying very long in my homes. That said, I’ll be using Daryl again for my next sale/purchase.
