David impressed me from the very beginning. When he came to see our house we had it for sale by owner. He didn’t try to sell us on his skills as an agent or his agency. He also didn’t try to talk us out of selling it by owner. Instead he was very complimentary of our house and encouraged us not to lower the sales price. It was all about our house and how good it looked. He gave us his card and said to call him if we weren’t able to sell it. He never called us or bugged us again. During this time we were contacted by multiple agents and their message was all the same - how great of an agent they are and how they will sell our house quickly. We've entrusted David and his team to sell two of our houses in AZ. Within a week of David listing our first house, we accepted a full price, all cash offer that set a record for the neighborhood. When going to sell our second house, we made the mistake of listing it with another agent from another brokerage. I've delayed for a week thinking of the words to write, yet still fall short. This team is an impressive group. They are always responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. After 93 days on market we then found David, and closed within 3 weeks, (despite the high interest rates of 11/2023 and slow time of year). This is the team to go with!! We listed our house in September with a different agent. It got a lot of attention and showings, but only one lowball offer (>20% below listing) that it turns out was a firm offering with no counter-offer after we countered closer to asking. After almost 4 months of this- averaging almost a showing per day but nothing coming out of any of them despite the home being priced very competitively on a per square foot basis. As the previous listing was set to expire we started researching new agents, and David Arustamian was someone who was recommended to us by a local physician's group.  We're very pleased that we hired them and the only regret is not going with them earlier. Within 10 days we had 2 offers, and were able to come to agreement with one of them for a price we could live with and a fairly quick close.
