Originally from North Carolina, Eric first discovered Colorado's incredible lifestyle while living in Aspen for a summer in 1989, and upon graduating from N.C. State University, he quickly moved back for a life in the mountains. After relocating from Aspen to Telluride in 1996, he knew he had found his home. For the past 27 years, Eric has built a distinguished career as a real estate professional in the Telluride and Mountain Village luxury market, earning a reputation for unmatched local market knowledge, high integrity, and a tireless work ethic that clients rely on. I have used Eric on a number of transactions in Telluride over the last year. He is extremely knowledgable about the local Telluride market, including market trends, factors affecting value, etc. He places long-term client success before his own short-term gain, which I have experienced first hand. In other words, he will recommend against a certain transaction if another looks to provide better client value, even where doing so means he foregoes a commission in the short term. I value his insight very much and I trust him. And he is a good person, well integrated into, and well liked by, the local community. I will continue to use him without hesitation for all my real estate needs.

Eric helped us find a perfect property for our family in Mountain Village. Eric's extensive knowledge of the market enabled us to find a fantastic condo within our budget. I worked with Eric to find a property in Telluride for over a year. He was great to work with - thorough, communicated well and definitely knows Telluride - not only real estate but local services and people. He was a pleasure to work with. He also is very patient. I knew what I wanted and it took looking at many properties before we found it. Due to the condition of the property and the market, I offered substantially less than the asking price. Eric worked the negotiations and we were able to come to agreement at a price I considered fair.
