Erin did a great job helping us to sell our mom's house. She was very knowledgeable and responsive. She gave us good advice with respect to how best to present the house and how to price it, and we got 10 offers. I'd highly recommend her.

We were moving from Florida to Virginia Beach (Yes, Navy PCS) and we were first time homebuyers with no idea what we were doing. We shopped around realtors and everyone sounded like a voice recording of the same used car script. You know the feeling when you know you’re being sold to. Well, then we met Erin. Erin’s gonna tell it how it is. She’s from here, she has experience living in other cities for brief stints, and she’s been back here for the past 10+ years. Hampton Roads is full of navy personnel who treat every day as a mission, as was indoctrinated into us whether you joined in Great Lakes or commissioned. I don’t know where Erin was indoctrinated, but she for sure treats finding you the right home as her mission, day in and day out. The stakes are high to her, either this person is gonna love their home or they’ll be miserable when they come home from work daily. And she’ll be damned if you don’t absolutely love your new house. She went out of her way driving us around all weekend during our visit here before our move, sending us pictures and videos of homes when we couldn’t be present, and answering our texts and calls at all hours even when we told her don’t worry it can wait til morning. She also might as well run for mayor of the city because she knows everyone. She’s friends with contractors, inspectors, loan officers, even the usher’s at the Norfolk Tides games. You’re always 2 degrees of separation from Erin Obrien. So, whatever, go find some random used car guy to pitch you on a home so he can make a buck and let you be stranded with all the repair with no insight on who’s a trusted resource to come fix your problem. Or, you can make the obvious choice with Erin, love your house, and be hooked up with her vast network of trusted professionals when you decide to install that sprinkler system. Choice is yours shipmate.
