Jen is an absolute Rockstar! Buying a house in this crazy covid market might be tough and adding to that it being my first house I hit every obstacle imaginable but Jen was there every step of the way. Multiple bidding wars and months of showing later we finally closed on our fixer upper. Every question I had Jen was able to answer weather it was early in the morning or later in the evening. Jen took us to countless showings weekdays and weekends and always worked with my schedule, if Jen was unable to do a showing one of her associates were there ready and eager to help on the roller-coaster ride I was on, they were knowledgeable and just as kind as Jen. Walter is unique, so this is hard to find the right words. There's a few things you only do a few times in your life and one of those is real estate deals. I was fortunate to meet him through another avenue, we learned that he was an agent, and since everything was always easy plus we knew Walter's reputation this was a no brainer. We didn't have an easy plan from the get go (although we tried hard) and Walter could've said no from the get go. He nailed it and that's why he has a perfect rating. The buying/selling of our home was almost a year long process for us and Walter was there with us every step of the way. Our house needed quite a bit of work so Walter came through 10 months before it ever hit the market to give us suggestions on what we should repair and what we should leave. He was right! After 9 months of DIY renovations the house was listed and under contract in only 6 days! We hadn't even had time to look for a house to buy yet! That meant that clock was ticking to find a new home so Walter lined up appointments for walk-throughs in our specific school district and we were able to find our new home within a week! Everything was ready to go for settlement when a third-party from the buyers side missed a deadline for paperwork and ended up pushing back the settlement date. Walter was able to work with the buyers and the sellers to line up a new settlement date quickly and smoothly!
