The agent was responsive and nice. However, I would not recommend. We always surfaced the homes. She never surfaced a home based on our preferences that we hadn’t already received alerts from Zillow or Realtor and she didn’t have access all local MLS. The agency’s property search website is significantly lacking (I.e search options, filters). We were out of state buyers and the agent never offered to go to the homes, video, FaceTime etc. even when we asked she didn’t oblige. Always seemed to be an issue with too far or seemed to be an inconvenience. When concerns were raised, she said “you are not my only client”. There were also delays in submitting offers. Agent seemed to lack experienced and the ability to truly provide expertise through the process.

Above and Beyond! Nikki really cares about her work and her clients. Always available when you need her. Nikki is also very knowledgeable about available homes and enthusiastic with helping with the process. My husband and I were both very happy with her services. Not only were we buying a house but we were also moving in from out of state which made the experience very stressful. Nikki was always supportive and showed confidence in her work to assure us that we would be just fine.

GREAT, Very helpful with all questions or concerns. And offers great guidance to help us make a decision. She was willing any time we asked to see a house she would pull up info and we made a plan on looking at those we chose. If we were early Ana showed us parks and things of interest in yhe area close by to see till it was time to view home.

My wife and I enjoyed the experience we had selling our home with the Expert Teal Estate Team. Shane Slaughter definitely had our backs guiding us thru the pitfalls of home selling advising us when asked how to proceed to get us the best offers for our home. Without being pushy kept us informed about time limits we needed to stay within and what services we needed to have completed during the process.

Thomas will do what it takes to help out. I even put him to work on moving day as the movers had hiccups, but I can't say he'll be able to do that for everyone. He wasn't able to go to closings due to Covid so he stuck around to help clean up after the movers.

19 days after meeting Wanda we will be closing on our beautiful new property. She was quick to respond to calls, texts or emails and always very polite.
