Matt and his team including Chris, Claudia, Jose and his staging company Intext Staging really delivered beyond even the high expectations I had!! For what it’s worth, I am someone who really did a lot of research in picking a real estate agent because I was absolutely determined to find the best top notch realtor to sell our home very quickly and for as much as possible. In doing so, I stumbled upon Matt when I was actually just looking for a staging company. In talking with Matt his passion, and competency for what he does quickly comes through. During our experience he also displayed tenacity, because in closing our home sale we had an appraisal issue arise upon the quick sale of our home. He though, immediately went to work to bring forth any and all evidence supporting the sales price of our home. The overwhelming evidence he worked very hard to bring forth ended up closing the deal. Well, to make a long story short, we met Matthew Steel because he was the guy selling the house down the street from my Mom's and four years later he is still part of my life. Matt is one of the most patient, thorough, and hard working men I know. He took us on probably 40 or 50 viewings without a complaint (we always seemed to fit into Matt's schedule). If you are looking for a realtor that is detail oriented and always looking out for "your" best interest, than Matt is the guy.
