What a fantastic group of people! First off, you'll get above and beyond service. Lisa has helped me in more ways than I probably will ever know. I decided to start looking for a house, and up comes an opportunity to move for 6-8 months and I take it. She keeps in contact letting me know when I'm ready to move back to DFW, just let her know. When I did move back, she spent every morning looking for the newest listings in my range of criteria. I cannot say enough great things about Lisa. I found her by luck on Zillow, while inquiring about a certain property. Zillow connected me to her, and I instantly took to her warm personality and knowledge of the area. We were out of town buyers, so she was instrumental in helping us understand the areas we were looking into. She worked with us over the phone and email until we flew down to the DFW area. Once there, she took us go the houses she found for us that fit our criteria, or we found by poking around the internet. She guided us in pricing, quality of build and any issues we could not see. She continues to assist us post close as we are still not physically in Fort Worth yet. My closing got completed on time and everything went extremely well. One thing I might improve is making sure the arrangements with the seller get carried out as described. In my case I had to remind the agent that a few things had not been done by the seller, other than that I think my experience with Michael was flawless and I'd definitively give him a call if I require similar services in the future.

Tyler did an excellent job of finding properties for me to look at that were within the parameters I was looking for in a potential rental property. A few contracts were drawn up, and I appreciated very much that he was willing to go to bat on bringing prices down on properties that were overvalued on the sticker price. Some of them didn't work out, but eventually we found one, and even though I was on vacation at the time (which made the option period really tricky), he managed to get everything moving along smoothly and was extremely responsive with what was happening and what needed my attention. Would definitely use Tyler again!
