Sarah did a fantastic job helping us find our new home. She was able to work with us while we were half a country away! Fast to respond to messages, able to answer questions in a timely fashion and an all around pleasure to work with. Sarah was able to Skype with us to help us do a walk-through and was able to help us close even though we weren't able to fly in to the state. You seriously can't go wrong with Sarah. I was a 1st time homer buyer in Dec 2017. She is fantastic ! When I saw a house I wanted to go see, she made it happen the same day. My husband and I recently found that we had to leave our home in Chattanooga to move to the Knoxville area for work. We knew we would be moving around the end of 2017 and we waited until almost the last minute but Pamella was fantastic in working with us to find the home that we love! Sherri listened to what I was looking for and also advised me to keep an open mind to other possibilities ... she found a house that was listed at 10:30 pm and she sent me the link .. it wasn't the style of house I had been looking for but she insisted I go and at least take a look... we walked into the house less than 12 hours after it was listed and as soon as we walked into the living room, I told her I wanted the house... she got me pre-approved with an outstanding lender and we submitted an offer the next morning.. 24 hours later we signed a contract and I knew I had found THE house... my year long house search was over and I would probably still be looking if she hadn't pushed me to go!! I've already recommended Sherri to several friends that will soon be relocating from the west coast and she has already made contact with several of them..!!!
