Sawsan did an amazing job for us as out-of-state buyers on our recent home purchase! We started off not quite knowing which neighborhood we wanted to live, or what we wanted in a house, just a rough idea of what we'd like our budget to be. We flew in one weekend and she had arranged a tour of the town, hitting all the available listings that we'd shared with her and a few that she found on her own -- ultimately visiting north of 13-15 properties in one day! I cannot begin to express how excellent my realtor, Judy Parsons, (Coldwell Bankers) was. I was selling my house and she prepared me so far ahead of time to sell my house. This is the second time I have used Mahlia in selling a house.
