Tracey Broadman is a great realtor. She put together a good selection of homes for me to see in a small time frame. She quickly added to the list when I asked to see other properties. She is knowledgeable, honest and easy with whom to work. We3 went back several times at different times of the day to see certain houses. Because of her energy, honesty and knowledge, I bought a home!

Over the twenty years that we owned our rental property, the value had plateaued and no longer fit into our investment plans. Tracey helped us to analyze the investment value of the property which helped us to decide about the timing of the sale. We became aware of Tracey through a mailing that we received from her. She described her role in the sale of a property similar to ours. After some communication with her, we realized that she would be well qualified to help us with our needs. Tracey demonstrated expertise with the complexities of real estate transactions. She provided clear advice about market conditions, laws of local municipalities, how to manage tenant concerns during the sale process and strategy for pricing and showing of our property. A few thoughts/comments about working with Tracey Broadman after she represented me (the Buyer) on my latest residence: Would I suggest/recommend her to you (the Buyer -or- the Seller)? : Don’t look any further! She will rock your deal!! Things that are awesome about her: She is a ‘no-nonsense’ Agent. She does not tell you what you want to hear. Her fast & knowledgeable assessment is borne from years of experience. She knows her stuff….let her do for you what she does best. Her willingness & ability to take charge is inspiring to watch. In 2012 we wanted to do a 1031 exchange and after some research on our own, we identified an apartment and notified several brokers. Tracey was the only one who showed up for the open-house, and after hearing our intentions in greater detail, she recommended a different area of the City as better suited to our goals. Sure enough, we followed her expert advice and guidance, and after a meticulous search, she found us the place we really wanted. Not only, but she also found us an extremely reliable renter. Afterward, she would periodically check in with us, and whenever maintenance needs arose, she would help us with names and phone numbers. Last year, as our tenant moved out, she organized a remodel of our unit, and again she helped us find a new tenant. We are very fortunate to have met Tracey: her acumen, persistence, honesty, and availability have been (and are) extremely valuable to us. Beside her professional excellence, she has a very congenial personality, which makes it a pleasure to work and interact with her. (Sometimes, we jokingly refer to her as Mother Hen - but this is just a secret between her and us...)

Tracey was a great advocate and found us a terrific home at the beach, with gorgeous ocean views, beautiful garden. She was also able to negotiate money off the purchase prices for structural fixes we needed to undertake.

I am writing this review in the new home that I would not have had were it not for Tracey. We managed to buy a house that had a preemptive offer on it. She crafted the perfect offer, and timed it perfectly. Then, as obstacles arose during the transaction, she removed them. So many realtors just want to collect their check; Tracey wanted to earn hers every step of the way...and she did!

Tracey and I worked together for over a year in finding the perfect home. She helped me zero in on my dream home and was patient enough to help me find it. She was always quick to respond and became a fantastic resource for me in finding people to help me with home-related necessities, like handy-men and painters. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tracey to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
