Traci is amazing! As a first time home buyer, having someone sit down and go through all the steps prior to even looking at a place really helps to set expectations about the process. Traci is always super responsive and ready to answer any questions or set up viewings. The next steps were always clear and there really weren't any surprises during the whole process of searching and buying. Next time I'm buying a place, I really hope to be able to have Traci again!

Was fortunate to sync with Traci through Zillow given her extensive knowledge of the area in addition to her high level of professionalism. Outgoing and easy to talk to. Her communication is exceptional as she is available around the clock which is vital to hit time-sensitive milestones throughout the process. She answered all my questions about the property and tracked down any information she did not know. Also, she provided honest feedback about any concerns and did not apply any pressure along the way.

Traci is the best and a literal angel. When you first meet Traci she will set up a home buying information session so that all expectations are set and can help set the scene for a good relationship. We completely relied on her experience and negotiation power to help us get our home in today's very fast paced Seattle market. She is a complete professional but makes you feel welcome and confident in that you are getting the best. Not going to lie, I definitely had a break down or two when it didn't look like we would be able to buy a home in this market but Traci knew we could and kept us going and everything worked out so perfectly.
