We met Traci through a potential builder to find a lot for a new home. When we first met her she was energetic, funny and just had a great personality overall. As we got to know her through several site visits, we realized that in addition to our first impression, she was a real go-getter, great listener, patient and honest. She would give us her honest opinion about properties that probably would not fit our needs in the long run and we began to really trust her. She, in fact, talked us out of a house we were considering for my sister. In the past 10 years, we’ve worked with 7 realtors and had not encountered that before! We were moving from out of state so getting good advice and insight was crucial in our decision making. Being from the area, Traci knew the neighborhoods very well, trends and future developments. She kept us in the loop and she would have a full itinerary when we met to ensure we had a selective range representative of what we were looking for. In the end we decided on a lot that we absolutely love. We have now built our forever home thanks to her listening and really delivering on what we asked for. She’s amazing.
