She well-understood our searching criteria and leveraged her expertise to provide us with comprehensive advice, including the neighborhood environment(school district, high voltage lines, security, etc), and the house's internal condition(steep stairs, dangerous yards, lighting, etc). When we expressed concerns about certain details, she can quickly adjust and help us pivot into new potential areas. Yvonne is also super diligent and has an absolutely high working ethic. She showed us all these 50 single-family houses by herself, and provide us with objective comments while touring the house. Those insights are super helpful and relevant, we would never think of things in that way if visiting open houses by ourselves. We also passed many houses based on her comments. She never pushed us to make any decision in a rush, never pushed us to offer unreasonable money than the house value, and always was super patient and professional along the way. In addition to that, she is insanely great at negotiation. She prioritized our interests and stood with us the whole time to negotiate the deal with the seller's agent. The final deal is far beyond our expectations we never thought was possible. Basically, we paid way less than the normal price plus got the seller to pay for fixing expenses at the same time. I will strongly recommend her to any friend who wants to buy/ sell a house in the bay area and definitely looking forward to collaborating with her again in the future.

We went in to sign a lease with Yvonne Young as she informed us that the landlord had selected our application. On the same day as we received the agreement, we reviewed it before signing and asked for some paragraphs to be corrected, including determining the type of lease (month-to-month or year-to-year lease), as the contract was not entirely clear on this (the one who created that contract made a mistake on this paragraph and we pointed out on this). We were promised to recive it back with corrections on the same day. But it's been four working days, and we still haven't received any agreement. Our calls were answered that it was on its way and would be sent "today afternoon". In the end, on my call today, I was told that the contract is in the process of signing with different tenants. And we weren't even informed about it. We've been waiting for our agreement to be signed. I personally don't think that that's the ethical and polite way to run the business. I'm very disappointed with the service that Yvonne Yang has provided.
