He even helped us make our offer unique, including one of the conditions providing the sellers a gift card of their choice to celebrate closing. Zac and Kathy are without question the most dedicated and skilled real estate team I have ever bought/sold a home with. After working very closely with us to find a great fit on our new house Zac helped us sell our old home. The team did an excellent job advising us on the sale (as well as staging the property) and an offer came very quickly. Unfortunately the home was older and in need of several serious updates before closing. Zac has relationships with numerous high quality contractors, so the various jobs were completed thoroughly and expeditiously with the exception of one unusual and enigmatic set-back: a new furnace simply could not physically be installed in the crawlspace of the home. Despite a less than cooperative third party, Zac was able to assemble the right team of skilled tradesmen to work together and complete the job in a very limited amount of time (during the holidays) and close on the sale. The team communicated with us clearly and professionally throughout the entire process and Zac truly went above and beyond for us. We are happy to recommend the Nelson team!

I cannot express how thankful I am that I chose Zac and his team to help me with the sale of my Condo. Like many of us life happened and I needed to move out of my Condo. Zac didn't just start with everything we needed to do to get going but asked the situation that caused the need, which was to help care for an elderly parent, and was genuinely concerned and checked with me often as to how they were doing. During the process he asked what I hoped to get in return. Zac researched other properties that were similar and offered suggestions on ways to improve the selling price. A wonderful option he presented to me was what they call the Compass Concierge. This option made it possible to make some upgrades to the property like paint, flooring and updating the kitchen that really increased the value and the final sale price by around $20,000! Now for the best part of the option, Compass Concierge covered the cost of the upgrades with no out of pocket or interest and was repaid after we closed. During the entire experience Zac was prompt with answering questions (sorry about the Sunday night call after 9pm) and made sure I had the correct expectations set from walk throughs to communication with the other members of the team. From start to close the process was as stress free as I could have ever hoped for. Without a doubt I would recommend Zac and his team to anyone needing help with selling or purchasing a new home. Jill has represented me on two home purchases and two home sales in Englewood, and I could not be happier with her service, knowledge, and skills. I referred my boyfriend to her for his home purchase, and witness Jill holding an unscrupulous fix-&-flip seller to his claims of having the massive remodel work inspected by the county. Jill's detective work forced the seller to have the inspection done and pay for further repairs. Regarding my home sales, Jill advised me every step of the way on staging, necessary home repairs, and low cost improvements to bring in the highest possible price. She has an incredible bench of experts, contractors, even exterminators who I felt were eager to help me because Jill had referred me to them. Her company has a loan program that fronts the costs of the improvements, with the loan repaid out of the sale proceeds. This program alone is invaluable, enabling necessary repairs and improvements to sell property when funds are tight. On the last sale, which closed in April 2020 during the difficult early days of the pandemic, Jill presided over a bidding war, with four buyers offering ever higher bids and inspection concessions. I have given Jill five stars in local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation skills. I wish I could also give her five stars in relationship skills. She is a joy to work with, giving her enthusiastic all in working with other realtors on my behalf, and in helping me manage my responses to the various aspects of buying and selling real estate.
