In Indiana, this site treats homes at $1M and above as luxury. That is our own fixed band, set so the covered markets are the ones where the top of the market actually trades at that level. - Seller disclosure
- Indiana sellers of residential property with one to four units must complete the state's Seller's Residential Real Estate Sales Disclosure form and deliver it to the buyer before the buyer's offer is accepted. Source

- Indiana levies no state estate tax and no inheritance tax, so only the federal estate tax applies to a large estate. Indiana repealed its inheritance tax for deaths after December 31, 2012. Source
