In Nevada, this site treats homes at $1M and above as luxury. That is our own fixed band, set so the covered markets are the ones where the top of the market actually trades at that level. Transfer and mansion taxes
Nevada's real property transfer tax is $1.95 per $500 of value statewide, and Clark County adds local surcharges that bring Las Vegas area sales to $2.55 per $500, which is 0.51 percent of the price. Source

Nevada permits a licensee to act for both buyer and seller only after each party signs the state's Consent to Act form, and every client receives the Duties Owed by a Nevada Real Estate Licensee form. Source

Nevada sellers must deliver the state's Seller's Real Property Disclosure Form at least 10 days before conveyance, disclosing every defect the seller knows about. Source
