Transfer and mansion taxes
Oklahoma charges a documentary stamp tax of $0.75 per $500 of price, which is 0.15 percent, paid when the deed is recorded. Source

Oklahoma abolished agency relationships in real estate brokerage in 2013. Under the Broker Relationships Act a broker owes the same statutory duties to every party it assists, and a broker may assist both buyer and seller with written notice to each. Source

Oklahoma sellers of residential property with one to four units must deliver either the statutory Residential Property Condition Disclosure Statement or a Disclaimer Statement before the buyer's offer is accepted. Source
