When searching for a listing agent, we interviewed Garrett and Joe of the Berkshire Hathaway/Santa Barbara Group along with two others. In that initial meeting Garrett and Joe presented a market analysis of our property, and thoroughly answered all probing questions we had in how they would approach our somewhat unique listing. After selection, they went to work ordering all necessary pre-listing inspections, comparing two staging proposals, creating brochures, floorplans, social media materials and the MLS specs/description. Never did we feel we were not in good hands. They gave us a range of listing price options, with expectations on each, with ourselves making the final choice.
